The membership year is the calendar year.  Those who join the society at or after the Fall Show are paid up through the following year.   

General membership is open to all individuals with an interest in cultivating orchids, whether beginners or experienced growers.   Commercial membership is open to nurseries and other business organizations.

Privacy Note:  We restrict circulation of our Membership Directory to ourselves.  But as a member participating in Society activities such as the annual growing contest or as an exhibitor or volunteer worker at our shows, your name (and possibly photograph) are likely to appear at some point in our Newsletter or Website or both.  Ours is a gregarious social organization not a secret society and privacy expectations must be consistent with that character.
